That the Parliament warmly congratulates the Camuscross & Duisdale Initiative on Skye on being awarded £1,196,913 from the Big Lottery Fund's Investing in Communities programme; understands that the funding will be used to develop a sustainable community hub in the village of Camuscross on the Sleat peninsula; notes that the community hub will consist of a village shop, café and multi-functional meeting and activity space; hopes that this funding will allow the Camuscross & Duisdale Initiative to continue with its vision to develop and support social, cultural, economic and environmental initiatives; commends what it considers the hard work of Susan Walker and her team in creating a resilient, sustainable community where everyone feels welcome and valued, and wishes everyone involved with the project continuing success.
