Congratulations to Jessie Philips from Forfar
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Jessie Philips from Forfar in the Angus North and Mearns constituency on being placed third in the volunteer category at the International Journal of Palliative Nursing Awards that were held in London; understands that her volunteer work at the Macmillan day care centre at Stracathro Hospital as a care befriender has had a significant positive impact on patients, and further understands that Jessie greatly enjoys this work and that she intends to continue her volunteer work at Stracathro Hospital for so long as she is able.
