Prestwick Airport
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes what it sees as the interest shown in Glasgow Prestwick Airport as a principal candidate for the UK spaceport; further welcomes Prestwick's reported interaction with spaceports in the USA, and believes that, apart from the airport itself, the engineering support capabilities of Ayrshire will be key in the spaceport coming to Prestwick.
