Montrose House
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the completion of the new £5.7 million Montrose House care home and resource hub in Brodick on Arran; notes that the plans for the care home were first approved and agreed under the previous North Ayrshire Council Labour administration and welcomes the Scottish Government's support for this, and further notes that it is a state-of-the-art facility that was built to replace the existing Montrose House and Stronach Day Services.
