Caithness Modern Apprenticeship Awards
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Gary Bremner and Connor Dunnet from Caithness on winning gold and bronze awards at the Scottish Electrical Charitable Training Trust Challenge; notes that Gary and Connor are undertaking modern apprenticeships, which it considers a vital way of training young people in vocational subjects, and attend North Highland College UHI’s Engineering, Technology and Energy Centre in Thurso, which was opened by the then First Minister, Alex Salmond, in 2012, and wishes them all the best in their future training and careers.
