Taymara Awarded £49,940
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Taymara, which is based in the Mid Scotland and Fife region, on its recent £49,940 Young Start award; notes that Young Start offers grants of between £10,000 and £50,000 for up to two years to support programmes for eight to 24-year-olds, and understands that Taymara will use its grant to help fund phase one of its R&R project, which will aim to allow 30 young offenders who have been released from prison to be given training and support to help them to secure employment.
