Congratulations to JG Ross
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Inverurie-based business, JG Ross, on the extension of its contract with Asda; understands that the bakery employs 320 people in 21 different sites and can now add additional store listings with Asda to its roll of success, which includes being named the 2015 Scottish Retail Baker of the Year; notes that the business, which has a 10-year history with Asda, has been supported through the Scottish Supplier Development Academy, which aims to generate new sales for Scotland's food and drink businesses; commends what it sees as the hard work of JG Ross and its staff, and wishes the business and its employees all the best for the future.
