Congratulations to Ross County

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Ross County on what it sees as the club's stunning 3-1 victory over Celtic at Hampden Park to cement a place in the Scottish League Cup final against Hibernian; understands that there has been Highland-wide celebration of this great achievement; believes that the team's supporters show unwavering commitment; wishes the team well for victory in the final and hopes that they do what they can to win, but encourages the fans to continue to support the players, no matter the outcome.
