The Puffer Bar and Restaurant, Easdale Island

The motion

That the Parliament commends the Puffer Bar and Restaurant, which is on Easdale Island in the Inner Hebrides, on what it sees as its imaginative efforts to promote locally-sourced ingredients and items on its menu; understands that it has special nights to allow customers to enjoy these products, which are sourced from businesses across the Highlands and Islands, including the Blackwood Distillery and Forteith Foodservice, and congratulates it on winning titles such as the Best Use of Local Food and Drink award at the Scottish Highlands and Islands Food and Drink Awards and a gold star at the Great Taste Awards for its chilli jam.
