Three Wee Crows Theatre Company
The motion
That the Parliament commends the Argyll-based theatre company, Three Wee Crows, on its efforts to bring productions to small communities that would otherwise not benefit from theatre; believes that it distinguishes itself from other small companies by localising the content of its performances to reflect the history of the communities that it performs in; considers that this indicates both great talent and an awareness and appreciation of Highland culture; notes that it will tour its new production, Home Fires, Broken Sons, across Argyll in April and May 2016, with a view to performing the show, which is themed around the First World War homefront, in Glasgow in May as part of the Southside Fringe Festival, and wishes the company and everyone involved with the production the best of luck.
