Tayside's Deaf Links
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the news that Tayside’s Deaf Links has been awarded £9,600 from the Big Lottery Fund's Awards for All Scotland programme; understands that Deaf Links provide a wide range of important activities and learning opportunities for deaf, deafened, hard of hearing and deafblind people in the Dundee and Tayside area; recognises that this funding award will help Deaf Links to train a number of its volunteers in British Sign Language and some local deaf people to become British Sign Language tutors, and wishes them all the best with their future endeavours.
