Moffat High Street Named as One of Scotland's Most Beautiful
The motion
That the Parliament recognises the achievement of the
people of Moffat on its high street being voted as the runner-up in a
competition to find Scotland's most beautiful; congratulates everyone who
encouraged people to vote; recognises the uniqueness of the street, and
believes that this will be a welcome boost in attracting tourists to the town.
