Kirkcaldy is Finalist in Britain in Bloom
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Growing Kirkcaldy on being selected, along with Dunfermline, Haddington, Perth and St Andrews, to represent Scotland in the finals of the 2019 Britain in Bloom competition; notes that, in 2018, the group won the Small City category; understands that the group plans to create a colour corridor along Charlotte Street and Nicol Street to Beveridge Park, and wishes Growing Kirkcaldy every success in the competition.
