Sauchie Builder, Ian Welsh, Represents Scotland
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Ian Welsh, who is from Sauchie and is a senior site manager for CALA Homes, on representing Scotland at the NHBC Supreme Awards at the Hilton London Metropole Hotel on 25 January 2019, following his success at the Scottish regional awards in October 2018; notes that he was named runner-up at the national awards in the Large Builder category for his work at Mayburn Park, Straiton, and commends Ian and his colleagues on their excellent work, which saw them adhering resolutely to the highest possible standards.
