European Stone Stacking Championships
The motion
That the Parliament acknowledges that the European Stone Stacking Championships are to be held in Dunbar on 20-21 April 2019; understands that a £5,000 sponsorship deal has allowed the competition to run for a third year and that the winner will be offered a place at the world championships in the United States; notes that the competition is expected to bring over 3,500 visitors to the town, and wishes the organisers and competitors all the best for the championships.
