Park Primary School Receives Sportscotland Gold Award
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the pupils and staff at Park Primary School in Alloa on receiving a gold award from sportscotland; acknowledges that this is in recognition of its commitment to physical education and sports; notes the organisation, which is Scotland's national agency for sport, also provided the school with a prestigious flag and plaque at a special ceremony to mark its achievement; further notes that the school is now one of 284 primary schools in Scotland to have achieved the high standards required to win the gold award, and commends everyone at the school for their continuous high standards and their recognition of the benefits of both physical education and sports.
