Rosemary Oberlander Recognised by the Royal Caledonian Horticultural Society
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Rosemary Oberlander on being awarded a certificate of merit by the Royal Caledonian Horticultural Society in recognition of her significant contribution to horticulture and gardening in Scotland; acknowledges that, in the seven years that she served as the Chair of North Berwick in Bloom, the town won Beautiful Scotland’s highest award, the Rose Bowl, on three occasions; notes that Rosemary stood down from this role in 2018, and wishes her all the best in her endeavours.
