Anna Karczewska-Slowikowska Elected Probus Club President
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Anna Karczewska-Slowikowska on being elected president of the Galashiels & District Probus Club, an organisation dedicated to encouraging fellowship between retired and partially-retired professionals; understands that Anna is a retired chartered psychologist who volunteers both at Abbotsford House and with Talking Newspapers for the Blind; notes that she is the first female president of the club, and wishes her all the best in her new role.
