Spring Fun for Udny Green Pupils
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Udny Green Primary School on its recent Spring Fling fundraiser, which saw pupils collect over £300; notes that the majority of the event was organised by the pupils, focusing on the learning of entrepreneurial skills, and saw them open the doors to friends and family to raise money for school resources; understands that older pupils were given the opportunity to apply for leadership roles, writing out CVs and having job interviews; notes that the event boasted an array of stalls in the school hall, including raffles and a bake sale, slime making, face painting, games, and crafts, and applauds everyone involved for their hard work and dedication to the event, as well as the charitable contributions that were made.
