Congratulations to the Dumbarton Photographer, Gordon Russell
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Gordon Russell on winning 13 merit awards and one award of excellence at the Master Photographers Association's Scottish region annual awards ceremony; acknowledges that Gordon's talent was recognised among the 900 entries submitted to the awards across six different categories, including baby portrait, classical portrait, reportage wedding, monochrome, animals and most promising, and wishes him continued success in the industry.
