Add Energy Wins Queen's Award for Enterprise

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Add Energy, which is based in Aberdeen, on being awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise; considers that the award is one of the most prestigious of its kind in the UK; understands that Add Energy was one of only eight Scottish businesses to receive this award; acknowledges that, between 2016 and 2018, Add’s Asset and Integrity Management Division has seen its earnings rise from £1 million to £12.4 million, with an additional £3.6 million of new business raised in the first quarter of 2019; understands that the majority of this work comes from locations such as North America, the Middle East, Australasia, West Africa and Europe; hopes that the company will continue to thrive, and wishes all involved the best in the months and years to come.
