Marion Levett BEM
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Marion Levett, Project Manager with Women4Women, on being awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) in The Queen’s Birthday Honours List 2019; acknowledges that this award is for services to women in abusive situations as well as to the community in Clackmannanshire; notes that the Women4Women group provides confidential support for women dealing with issues such as addiction and abuse; notes that Marion had already received the Clackmannanshire Citizen of the Year award in March 2014 for her work, and commends her for her sterling contribution to the Clackmannanshire community.
