Tech Award for Borestone Primary School

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Borestone Primary School in Stirling on being one of only three in Scotland to be named in the Edtech 50 Awards for its use of technology to support teaching and learning; notes that, across the UK, there were 50 schools that were highlighted at the awards for pioneering the use of education technology to make the greatest difference to pupils, staff and parents; understands that the awards were chosen by an independent judging panel comprising of educators and Edtech experts and were handed out at a ceremony in the House of Lords; recognises that this positive national recognition is a significant achievement for the school; praises the enthusiasm shown by pupils at the primary school to embrace new technologies and digital opportunities, and wishes all at the school the best of luck in winning more awards in the future.
