Kanzen Karate sees Success in World Karate Championships
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Kanzen Karate Scotland on its success at the WUKF World Karate Championships in Bratislava over 20 to 23 June 2019; notes that the team was made up of 40 athletes of all ages from Dundee and Angus; recognises the achievement of winning eight gold, five silver and nine bronze medals over the four-day event; acknowledges the hard work of both athletes and coaches in achieving this success when competing against the best athletes in the world; recognises that Kanzen Karate is active in promoting sport for people of all backgrounds in the community, and celebrates its continued success.
