Tullibody Care Home Receives Community Spirit Award
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the news that The Orchard Care Home in Tullibody has been awarded the Community Spirit Award at The Clacks 2019 Business Awards; notes that the event, which is run by the Alloa Advertiser, was established to reward and celebrate the local Clackmannanshire business community; understands that the winners of the 10 award categories were announced at a ceremony on 29 August 2019 at Alloa Town Hall; believes that The Orchard was announced as the winner of the community spirit award as a result of the strong community links that it has built with three local nurseries and two primary schools, as well as volunteers and family members of residents, and congratulates all the staff and residents for their excellent work and community spirit.
