Perth in Bloom
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Perth in Bloom on being crowned "Champion of Champions" at the UK Finals of Britain in Bloom competition; notes that the judges particularly highlighted Perth’s National Heather Collection garden, which is located within the city's Riverside Park; further notes that the park was also named Best Park or Green Space at the awards, and wishes Perth in Bloom every success for the future.
