Alison Boa, High Street Hero
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Alison Boa, who is from Aberfoyle, on winning the High Street Hero category at the 2020 Great British High Street Awards, which were presented in Edinburgh on 23 January; notes that this category highlights the exceptional independent business owners or employers in communities that run great initiatives and programmes to help improve the high street experience; understands that Alison is much appreciated by all, including through her efforts as the Director of the Strathard Community Trust, and warmly congratulates her on this well-deserved award.
