Motion of Condolence for Keith Harding

The motion

That the Parliament expresses its deep sadness at the death of Keith Harding, former Member of the Scottish Parliament from 1999-2003; offers its sympathy and condolences to his family; appreciates his dedication to public life, his time as a local councillor in Stirling, his tenure as Leader of Stirling Council and as a Member in the first session of this Parliament, and recognises the high esteem in which he was held by colleagues from all parties, and the dedication he showed to his constituents.
