Return of the Clackmannanshire Sports Council Awards

The motion

That the Parliament welcomes the return of the Clackmannanshire Sports Council Awards; understands that the event, which returned on 31 March 2022 for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic, celebrated sporting achievements from right across Clackmannanshire with its recognition of the dedication and commitment of people from the county; further understands that there were over a dozen awards presented across the various categories to those who are helping to improve the quality of life in the "Wee County" through sport; congratulates all the award winners and competitors in all disciplines, and commends Clackmannanshire Sports Council for bringing back and continuing to organise this event, which it understands is highly successful and beneficial to Clackmannanshire’s sporting community.
