Celebrating Lalique at Glenturret for Four AA Rosettes

The motion

That the Parliament celebrates the award of four AA Rosettes to the Glenturret Lalique Restaurant, at Glenturret Distillery, in Comrie; understands that the four AA Rosette status upgrades Glenturret Lalique Restaurant from the three AA Rosettes awarded earlier in 2022; commends Chef Mark Donald and his team for their further accolade having also being recognised with a Michelin star in 2022; notes the magnitude of this achievement as Glenturret Lalique Restaurant becomes one of only seven restaurants in Scotland currently graded at four AA Rosettes or higher; believes that this award reflects the outstanding food culture across Perthshire and Kinross-shire, as it joins Restaurant Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles in achieving four AA Rosettes, and wishes Chef Mark Donald and his team continued success in the future.
