Run Balmoral Success

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the organisers of Run Balmoral, and volunteer marshals, on the success of the 2023 event; understands that there were eight races over the weekend of 22-23 April, including races of 5km, 10km, 3 miles, 15 miles, as well as a duathlon and a children’s 1.5km and 2.5km race; further understands that the event was sponsored by local businesses and organisations, including Stena Drilling, Harbour Energy, Apollo, Bristow, ABER Necessities, NFU Mutual, and McIntosh Plant Hire; congratulates everyone who took part and supported the event, particularly Jamie Crowe, winner of the 5km, 10km, and 15-mile races, Ian Russell, winner of the duathlon, Harry Jackson, winner of the 3-mile race, Sam Milton, winner of the Devil of Deeside, Constance Nankivell, winner of the 5km race, Nicola MacDonald, winner of the 10km race, Meryl Cooper, winner of the 15-mile race, Jenny Stanning, winner of the duathlon, Caris Strachan, winner of the 3-mile race, and Estera Zak, winner of the Devil of Deeside, and wishes them every success for their future runs.
