Former Perthshire Submariner Chosen as Coronation Champion
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates former Perthshire submariner, Ian Riches, who has been chosen as one of the nation’s Coronation Champions; notes that Mr Riches, who lives near Burrelton, has been recognised by Their Majesties The King and Queen as part of the official Coronation celebrations, in conjunction with the Royal Voluntary Service; further notes that Mr Riches is being recognised for his volunteering with Woodland Trust Scotland at Kinclaven Bluebell Wood, and wishes Mr Riches and the Woodland Trust Scotland at Kinclaven Bluebell Wood all the best for the future.
