Dunfermline Soroptimists' Beach Clean

The motion

That the Parliament recognises a group of four Dunfermline soroptimists who recently undertook a clean-up at Panknowe Beach in Dunfermline; notes that Ann McCarlie, Anne Evan-Wong, Mary Scott and Tina Chapman sacrificed their Sunday afternoon to take part in the tidy-up at Limekilns; understands that the group recorded how much plastic, glass, wipes and other litter it picked up from the high water mark during the course of one hour; celebrates the community spirit of this fantastic local group, and wishes everyone the very best for the future.
