Scottish Apprenticeship Week 2024

The motion

That the Parliament recognises the start of Scottish Apprenticeship Week 2024; understands that Scottish Apprenticeship Week showcases the diverse abilities and backgrounds of apprentices and emphasises the attainment of qualifications and skills through practical experience; acknowledges what it sees as the crucial role that Scottish apprenticeships, including foundation and graduate apprenticeships, play in revitalising the Scottish economy, as well as transmitting skills throughout the generations; thanks all participating employers in Scotland, and extends its best wishes to all apprentices for their future endeavours.
