Scottish Women in Business Award Winners Revealed at Glasgow Ceremony

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates all those who won at the prestigious Scottish Women in Business (SWIB) Awards 2024 in Glasgow on 6 September; notes that the event, which was returning for the first time in five years, celebrates females in business across Scotland, as well as celebrating and recognising supporters and champions of Scottish women in business; acknowledges that the finalists, change-makers, business leaders and other guests from across the country travelled to Glasgow for the ceremony, with Belinda Roberts MBE, founder and CEO of WeDO being the winner of the Outstanding Achievement Award; recognises that Heather Lydia Mudhari won the Woman of Influence Award, Anji Sandhu won the Woman to Watch Award, and Toni Scullion won the Champion of Women Award; understands that all those attending, whether winners or finalists, had a wonderful afternoon, and congratulates all businesswomen who make a difference in their chosen field.
