Highland Perthshire Restaurant and Hotel to be Included in the Michelin Guide

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates The Old Manse of Blair on the announcement that it is to be included in the 2025 edition of The MICHELIN Guide; recognises that the guide inspectors highlighted the restaurant’s "Scottish to the core approach" and noted the innovative use of local ingredients and the "warm, relaxed ambience" that defines the eating experience; understands that its chef, Scott Davies, was a runner up on Masterchef: The Professionals in 2013, and wishes all of the staff at the five-star boutique hotel all the best for the future.
