2025 Ayr Show Success

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates all those involved in facilitating, as well as all those who attended, the 2025 Ayr Show International Festival of Flight; notes that the Ayr Show took place on 5 and 6 September, and saw thousands of visitors come to the town to enjoy the event; understands that the arial display was once again a great success, with the Red Arrows, RAF Typhoons and many other aircraft featuring over the weekend; further understands that, on the ground, the Festival Village, funfair, food stalls and entertainment zones made this a great day out for all the family; commends the work of South Ayrshire Council and Destination South Ayrshire for once again organising a fantastic Ayr Show, and looks forward to next year's event.
