The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2026

The motion

That the Parliament welcomes the results of The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2026’s league table, which includes six Scottish universities within the top 25; understands that the universities featured were Strathclyde, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh and St Andrews, which came second in the overall list, and celebrates what it sees as the flourishing higher education sector in Scotland, whose prestigious universities continue to attract students from all over the world.
