Paul Hugh McNeill of Bishopbriggs Receives MBE in the King's New Year Honours List

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Paul Hugh McNeill of Bishopbriggs on being appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) by King Charles in the New Year Honours List for services to Young People with Dyslexia; notes that he is an ambassador at Dyslexia Scotland and is the Scottish Football Association’s Head of Football Development; understands that his own experience of dyslexia as a child spurred him on to support others and work for inclusivity in football, and wishes Paul every success for the future.
