Hunting with Dogs

It was moved by the Baroness Farrington of Ribbleton, on behalf of the Lord Whitty, to resolve that this House considers that the hunting of wild mammals with dogs should be required to be regulated in accordance with arrangements similar to those set out in Schedule 2 to the Hunting Bill as introduced into the Commons in session 2000–01 [Bill 2] (Hunting under licence); which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
