The Lord Bishop of Durham moved amendment 156A, in clause 56, page 58, line 25, to leave out subsections (2) to (4) and insert—“(2) Subsection (5) applies if P makes an application for judicial review of—(a) the decision mentioned in subsection (1), or(b) any decision to make arrangements for the person’s removal from the United Kingdom under this Act which is taken on the basis of that decision.”The House divided:
