Football Governance Bill [HL]
Lord Parkinson of Whitley Bay moved amendment 57, in clause 56, page 45, line 32, to leave out subsection (2) and insert—“(2) In this Part, revenue received by a specified competition organiser is “relevant revenue” if—(a) it is revenue received as a result of the sale or acquisition of rights to exploit the broadcasting of football matches included in a competition organised by the specified competition organiser, and(b) it is not revenue that the specified competition organiser distributes to a club by virtue of a team operated by the club being relegated from a competition organised by the specified competition organiser.”The House divided:

The party breakdowns are our own analysis of the official voting records (recorded votes only; they do not describe the formal whip). How we work this out.
Peers attend divisions ad hoc, so there is no did-not-vote list. Tellers are counted in the Content and Not Content totals, unlike in the Commons.
Tellers: The Earl of Courtown (Content), Baroness Williams of Trafford (Content), Lord Kennedy of Southwark (Not Content), Baroness Wheeler (Not Content).
