Lord Young of Acton moved amendment 43, in clause 20, page 43, line 24, at end to insert—“(1D) Subsection (1A) does not apply to indirect harassment, so employers only have to protect their employees from non-sexual harassment by third parties that is directed at them.”The House divided:
