Baroness Scott of Bybrook moved amendment 45, in clause 9, page 11, line 9, at end insert— “(1A) Appointments under this section must be made following a fair and open selection process. (1B) The mayor must publish the criteria and process for appointment. (1C) The mayor must publish the agreed remuneration for the appointed commissioner.
