English Devolution and Community Empowerment Bill
Lord Jamieson moved amendment 248D, as an amendment to amendment 248, in subsection (2), after inserted section 128A(2)(b), to insert—“(c) the Secretary of State has undertaken a review of the availability of open spaces in the United Kingdom, published a report on the findings of the review, and laid that report before both Houses of Parliament, and has had regard to the outcomes of the review.”The House divided:

The party breakdowns are our own analysis of the official voting records (recorded votes only; they do not describe the formal whip). How we work this out.
Peers attend divisions ad hoc, so there is no did-not-vote list. Tellers are counted in the Content and Not Content totals, unlike in the Commons.
Tellers: The Earl of Courtown (Content), Baroness Williams of Trafford (Content), Lord Kennedy of Southwark (Not Content), Baroness Wheeler (Not Content).
