St. Andrew's Day - National Public Holiday
The motion
That the Parliament recognises the significance of St. Andrew’s Day as Scotland’s national day, and calls upon the Scottish Executive to declare St. Andrew’s Day a national public holiday to enable all to celebrate the best of our past as well as look forward to the future.
