International Rescue Corps

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the Grangemouth-based International Rescue Corps for its remarkable efforts, as part of the British search and rescue programme, in saving lives and searching buildings in Bhuj in the immediate aftermath of the Indian earthquake; expresses its solidarity with the victims of the disaster, and urges the Scottish people to contribute to further humanitarian projects as part of the promised British rehabilitation and reconstruction effort.
