Anti-social Behaviour
The motion
That the Parliament calls upon the Scottish Executive to commit itself to an information campaign on zero tolerance of anti-social behaviour; believes that local authorities should recognise the extreme distress caused through the physical, mental and financial damage inflicted by anti-social behaviour, and further believes that, in consequence of this recognition, local authorities should provide dedicated officials to co-ordinate action along with other social housing landlords and local police forces to promote safe neighbourhoods.
