Fife's Ice Safety Plan
The motion
That the Parliament commends Fife Community Safety Partnership on its introduction of an ice safety plan, a pro-active framework to help minimise the risk of people, particularly children, drowning by falling through ice on frozen lochs, inland waterways and areas of water deemed to be a danger to the public.
