OKtoAsk Gateway Helpline
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the recent launch of the OKtoAsk Gateway helpline, which will improve access to information and support for parents across Scotland; congratulates Parenting Across Scotland's partner organisations, One Parent Families Scotland, Capability Scotland, Children 1st, the Scottish Adoption Association, Couple Counselling Scotland and the Aberlour Childcare Trust, on this initiative; commends Scotland's parents for the work that they do in bringing up the next generation; recognises that parenting and family life in modern societies is demanding, and believes that a tapestry of information and support should be available to parents across Scotland.
